Need some advice, however, before I get down to my issue I should give some context.
Member of the armed forces, work away from home. My wife and son bought me a Frankford Arsenal Intellidropper for my Christmas, however it was through an intermediary UK company NineFit (I will come back to them). Now, I know reading the reviews that ordering one of these come with health warnings with quite a few of them arriving faulty. But they do have a reputation for acknowledging this and send replacements out.
So, the said item did not arrive for Christmas, assuming it was imported from the EU/US. It now will arrive by my birthday so joint prezzy Bday/Christmas. It arrives early Jan 25 (whoop whoop). I am not at home for a while and don’t get back home to use it until this weekend 8 March 25, and bingo it doesn’t work!!!
Gutted, no matter I will talk to the company NineFit they will square me away right???
Oh no, it’s beyond their 14 days return policy so forget it. Even though it was faulty goods, nope jog on big lad!
Long winded I know, but does anyone know if I could put it back to FA directly UK, and provide details?
Secondly, please steer clear of NineFit, and before anyone starts to tell me about receiving broken items etc, I have and will continue to go round this buoy, but they are being a pain in the rear.
Any help would be appreciated as this was expensive and a present from my Fambo. TTP
