Perhaps boneheads will never understand the desire to not tip yet more plastic into the environment as that has been proven to be a bad thing!

I believe the point was there’s a biodegradable solution potentially, it seems like you don’t want an answer or solution to your problem, and the only acceptable outcome to you is no lead ban.

I have biodegradable wads in my garden for over 18 months now. I could use them again!

Other so called wads have some integrity issues, especially stored badly or outside a cartridge case.

Like I said, it's a reality so far only in the simple minds of dreamers and eternal hopers and the easily led.

As for Mr Darwin, I don't believe his theory is any basis to which I should base my desicions on.

There's a whole world of difference between "potential" and "actual", its not a question of lead bans but the actual lack of suitable alternatives, e.g. for a.o shotgun that is not a 12 bore or larger constructed and proofed for steel shot etc.
