I've had my Xero alongside another, both measuring one rifle simultaneously. They were in about the same position, either side of the rifle. Is there much variation from say one Garmin or one magnetospede to the next. So if I use D’s one day, and then a few months later use F’s are the results comparable. Or should you just stick with the one unit?
Doe atmospheric’s also change things - cold high pressure air is a lot denser than hot low pressure?
There was a 3-4fps difference between the two over 10 shots. One read consistently lower than the other, within 3-4fps.
So if mine read shot 1 as 2785fps, the other read it as 2782fps.
Forgot to take a picture, but I was happy that it was consistent and very close.
