The intro to the CFE is quite explicit about only seeking professional inputs supported by data, so it seems likely that the "About you" section will be used to screen out respondents who don't fit those criteria (i.e. campaigners). All the same, it is concerning to find subjective questions on such a survey. The best response to head off government claims that the evidence they are basing policy on is public opinion may therefore be to email in objections to these questions.
Edit: I've written in raising my concerns about the inclusion of subjective questions in a CFE as something that undermines confidence in the objectivity and good faith of the exercises.
