Good evening everyone just wondering what mincer would would you recommend any advice much appreciated

I have a Trespade #12 and it's very good. Had it for about 25 years. However, the Buffalo is one that I've often seen recommended on here. Got no experience with it myself though.
No problem will not be using it flat out just be handy to have one

Had one of these for a few years now it’s been great, easy to use, easy to clean, powerful and comes with range of attachments

Have a Trespade No 8 and can't fault it. had it for two years. We used it today on a munty, and it just works well, with no fuss, and is easy to clean. You can get it direct, but ours came from Deer Central. They also do good vac packers. Trespade aren't the cheapest, but 'buy once, cry once'! The motors are the important bit, and Trespade use semi industrial models. Cheap mincers are not worth the stress.

If it’s just a deer a month I would look at the bushwear budget one, I’ve had one for 3 years and it’s fine for a roe or two at a time

Exactly! The hours of my time and electricity wasted in the past with a 50 quid job .... 400quid mincer , paid for itself In no time !
Barely noticed it getting even remotely hot, altho rarely have it on for more than 5-10 mins.
I may open it up to give it the motor a visual, check airflow is clear etc but I suspect it will last for a long long time
