I've ordered various bits of kit from Rob over the past few years. I'm continually amazed by the great service he provides. He arranged for a pair of Lowa boots to be delivered direct to me from the factory last year, as I needed them urgently. I've just ordered a pair of Munro gaiters from him; emails are answered almost immediately and he always provides the information required. I've no connection with Rob, but believe in giving praise when it's due.

Yip, Rob, and Jess are spot on to deal with, Like you, I have been buying bits and pieces off them for a few years now and their service is good.
And they have plenty of time for a blether when I bump into them at the fairs

Only ever had good service and swift communication if there is an issue. On the rare occasion that there is an issue Rob has always laid out the options and timeframes and let me choose what I want to do.

Overall a good a good shop tondo business with for the more niche items that I can't get locally.
