Newbie in Moray

Hello to all

I am relatively new to stalking and other field sports but very interested in shooting and conservation. Hoping to learn about and find all types of shooting in North Scotland.

I have DSC1, will be working towards DSC2 when I get my own rifle. FAC application going in very soon.

Have a Hungarian Wire-haired Vizsla pup, very precocious at present but hoping his training comes along.

Aim to join the shooting club at Cawdor and hopefully make new friends in the community.

Any advice is greatly appreciated and I'm more than happy to volunteer with related tasks. Hoping to volunteer on a local estate whilst I try and find a distance learning gamekeeping course!

Welcome Daniel. I shoot at Cawdor with the Strathpeffer club & BDS Highlands branch. It's a great range & friendly clubs - casual but safe.
