Night Pearl, Avoid like the plague!

Night Pearl, avoid them like the plague! I Ordered 2 items from their website, they took the money, and never sent the items.

I Had an email that Says they have prepared the package for delivery, but the courier has not received them! Tracked both parcels and the courier, (Royal Mail, and DPD) never received the shipments.

Tried calling the U.K. no answer, tried emailing, the U.K. sales address, the Czech office, and the Czech manager, all ignored.

Called Czech Republic, head office who told me the U.K. rep is in the USA, and they would find out what is going on and call me back, they have not done so. Now they not answering the phone!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

What did you order? I have the strix max spotter. Never met anyone else who has even heard of them!

They are often at the shows. I have a look at them a few times, but the lack of UK office and technical support puts me off.
That is why I am a walking advert for HIK MICRO. Which was unintentional, to be fair.
