Just got down to the last but one jar of Christmas Goose fat, the roasters now sizzling away nicely, ready for the chicken dinner, How many of us on here save stuff like this??:cool:
 
Ive got a couple of tubs of Pheasant stock in the freezer from birds I shot last season if that counts. Great for any game cooking.

Same here, plus general "game stock" from bones of pheasants, deer, roast pigeons etc. as sometimes I keep a stockpot going for over a week.
