Oldest bit of kit you are still using

Given lots of us keep changing and upgrading some of our kit regularly what’s the oldest gun/scope/sticks/clothing/binos/knife anyone still using. I still own a folding penknife from when was in my teens but it’s lost a handle one side and has been superseded

I was going to go with my 1920 Swedish Mauser, still a top shooter when I do my bit. Do have an off ticket S&W from 1885, but more for looking at than using. :)

Regards

Mark

Do you want a new scale putting in the handle?
I am all new to stalking but I do have the same stick from when I was little I've grown into it. Definitely isn't a quad stick either just a good walking stick.

1862 Snider-Enfield.
1886 Martini-Henry.

I have made ammunition for both and used them at Bisley - just fantastic pieces of firearms history.

Also use a WW Greener Martini made in 1902 which has been sleeved for 22 Hornet used for foxing.

Plus an 1890 R Huges & Sons Damascus 12 bore Hammer Gun- also made the Black Powder shells for that and used them on the last day of this year's season.

My Ross telescope from the early 1900s. My Sako A11 circa 1980, Lee loading press from around the same
period, Ruger 10/22 1982 some knives and bits and pieces that are probably even older but can't put
an accurate age on them for example an old Spanish SBS that has seen very little use suspect its 1960s but not
certain.

I forgot my Ross telescope, presented to a stalker in Glencoe in 1920. Still perfect. Bogtrotter we need to have a chat about it's history. Btw the Bofors barrel on the tikka is long gone, now on a Krieger.

Probably my Snider .380 Rook & Rabbit rifle that predates the Snider action conversion, would have been a muzzle loader.
Most of my rifles are Classic’s (pre 1919), one I’m on with at the moment, when I’m super confident to use the zero range again (Covid 19) is a Swedish Mauser M/41 Sniper rifle dated 1915.
Most of what a friend calls the rest of my shite is also Classic, ok so it’s shite, l like it.

Then there is my other thing that our lass calls a weapon, that’s Classic and that gets used quite a lot, but it’s in the cabinet most of the time, shame really.

In well.used but still in working condition purchased at auction by my brother some years ago ex RAF used
to shoot feral pigeons in aircraft hangers during war time.
