Beautiful spot mate. Makes me homesick.Nos 43 & 44 last night. Possibly the easiest and fastest 1st fox last night.
Out of house, walk 20 yards to shed, turn on light and put wellies on, turn off light, exit shed, load rifle, walk towards bottom field to put caller out, WTF is that by the gat...fox looking at me 15 yards away, backtrack and wait for fox to come out between gates, sheep come running down field towards feeder, fox pops out, quick Oi, fox shot at about 20 yards...less then 1 minutePretty well unzipped her with the creed.

Decided to put the caller out anyway and spotted a fox about 400 yards to my right but not interested in any amount of calling. Decided to have a brisk walk and see if the fox was still there. Managed another challenging shot at about 60 yards ...dont want to push the creed to much on the foxes as only running 120 grn copper so trying to limit the range to sub 100

Saw another couple but just couldnt get a safe or clear shot so called it a night.

They sound like positives to me!!has its downsides ...1/2 hour round trip for milk, dont bother with home delivery as they never find us,

#65 #66 #67 tonight. First one was at a small shoot losing pheasants. Simple 100 yard chest shot came in to squeak
Second and third we're on a farm next to my shoot. First came in to hand call stopped it at 80 yards but second ran off up side of hill and managed to ping it at 220 m

Put 1 pal in the best spot and told him to expect something at 730 - 738 bang vixen down
Then my turn - Big dog down
Pal number 2 - has seen nothing so is ready for home - a quick text to pal 1 reveals another on the move and bang he gets that dog too !
3 down in total happy happy !

That's ruined supper!
Blimey - there's a few about at the minute for sure. I had one turn up at the camera before 5pm last night before I'd even had a chance to chuck out a handful of Bakers! It didn't hang around but came back for supper later so that's another one to try and get over the next few nights.

After a prolonged spell that I wasn’t able to get out n about as much as I’d like,I started back up at the foxes Wednesday night and restarted the account from last April with these 3….one real old lady too
