Pan for boiling off red stag head

You need the 10 Gallon Burco 1683029470897.png
The normal 30 litre one that the military uses these days isn't quite big enough for a full head or for one with a large antler spread. Not sure what a European mount is?
@deerstalker.308 this is big enough I promise. I managed to get one off ebay for £25. It also doesn't have the element exposed like the 30L one so easier to clean. It's deeper and wider than the 30L one and allows for 50mm average of boiling water over the back of the head.

spot on, used one many times and the top always comes out a bit iffy with blood sometimes showing for a while in the top of the suture line. not a great/ideal solution, but there really isn't a 'great' solution out there sadly.

Don’t think there is any real difference on any of the species where you try not to boil the coronets.

Always seems to be a cap above the boil waterline - steam to loosen and a power wash seems to do the trick.

Used to earn some pocket money cleaning out my fathers clients stags at the end of the week, always a Burco boiler and only ever managed to squeeze two into it at a time, there weren’t any power washers in those day’s either, all scraped by hand with a knife, left them too long and you needed some super glue😂😂😂
