I’ve cut loads of inserts that cover most of my rifle combinations to fit my peli case and this is how I go about it. Lay out the rifles and get everything positioned on the foam. Get a couple of packs of cocktail sticks and stick the sticks in the foam outlining the rifles. Lift out the rifles. Take a marker pen and join the dots as you draw between sticks as you take them out. I then use a thin boning knife to cut out the shape. I use small food packet box placed on the foam to slide the blade down to keep the cut vertical. Using a fine boning means you can negotiate curves easier.
This COVID is a bummer. I can’t imagine the hardships this will cause out on the concessions for the trackers and camp staff.what were you hoping to hunt?
Impala warthog zebra kudu wildebeest on my list but between now and then if I've stashed enough money I'm thinking perhaps something bigger there could be some cheap deals to be had
It's not difficult, lots places online sell foam.
I just laid it out, permanent marker pen, electric carving knife, the jagged edge gets placed against the case so you can't see it, job done.
Cheers
Richard

I fitted my case using a pen & a craft knife (type that you snap the extendable blade on to get a new sharp end). The foam takes a toll on the edge quite quickly.
Two layers on the base gives the colour difference, which I find helpful when packing up in a hurry, in the dark etc.
The blue layer pulls out (giving different options depending on what’s going to be needed) so another sheet can be fitted in. Yellow and grey are glued into the case.
