Permanent Puncture Repair Foam Flail Mower Tyres

My ATV flail mower keeps getting punctures, so looking for advice on what permanent foam repair I can use to prevent me getting any future flat tyres - What have you used and what works?

I used to use that gunk that goes inside the tyre, worked well.

I just use any general tyre sealer there all the same! as s kid we used hose pipe on our push rods bit of a bone shaker ride but never had a puncture

Does it have steel, or alloy wheels? Some of the slime stuff that you put in tyres can be corrosive for alloys i believe.

Stans fluid. I use it in my mountain bike wheels and it’ll seal holes up to about 5mm.. it would be ideal for this application

My Hay Bob had a fast puncture, I could pump it up and it would just about manage to turn half an acre before going down. Some idiot had welded the wheel on so it was almost impossible to get the tube out to repair...half a bottle of Sparex/OKO tyre sealant and it has stayed up for the last 5 years.

I even managed to get the tele handler home with a £10 bottle which saved a heavy vehicle recovery bill. Brilliant stuff.

Oko slime but I also went over to using Kevlar reinforced tyres and that made one hell of a difference!
