Pocket/keyring knife

My favorite and a gift from the wife is a
Swiss Army knife: Farmer Alox

The saw is actually very good!
But, that might have to many "bits... so my second favorite is:

Swiss Army Knife: Army 1

This one has the thickest and "strongest" blade of all the SAK knives.. and the one I always bring me. And opens most of my mail, boxes and letters.
Doesn't have key ring.. but it so slender I just have it my pocket at all times.

Yes the 1 with just the single blade on it was also a contender. But like you say no keyring attachment so opted for the classic

Definitely Victorinox Classic, I have had them for years, got a blue one as a present, just to be different apparently!

Mate, just keep it simple and classy, Victorinox Classic, choice of colours, sharp blade, nail file, tweezers, scissors, tooth pick, happy days! And it comes in a gift box, I know I have done the blue one with good results 👍

Haha, I have the blue one nowadays,as a present, can't fault, also have more practical ones too, don't go past Victorinox though since the 80s

For attachment to keys you need something small and light. A lovely little Laguiole folder on my wife's key ring. Seriously sharp because it's a knife.
Grant.

Missus got me the Spyderco Grasshopper, arrived today and have to say it feels great in the hand for a small pocket knife.

I used to have one of these. Used it for everything from cutting silage wrap to gralloching large stags. The fake engraving is a bit naff but comes off with some wire wool. Really easy to sharpen and stay sharp. One of the best knives I had, until I leant it to someone!
