SD WEEK 2014 Scottish Highlands heads up.

hope im not on the **** list now jim

Those of us that are over the big 50 take pride in having a full natural head of hair. Don't worry Tommy I have a full harness made up for you this year to keep you from falling out of the highseat.

Mind you I did say to JAYB about the unusual roaring I heard in the old forest last year....................or should I say snoring!!

That will fill a few paragraphs in the book when I get round to writing it :D Now where is the picture on my camera phone ;)

evening all ,can any one give me any feed back on the primos Jim shock tripod sticks, looking to purchase a pair [I think] for when out foxing on the quad,?have just missed a very easy one off the seat .thought they may be a bit more steady and come in handy when out with you guys on the hill next October!!

Furnie,

I've got a set of the original Primos trigger stick tripod. Think the Jim Shockey ones are the next generation, but can lend you mine for a try out if you want?

Si.

You lot had better get your act together this year, Tommy is already up here getting some practice in. He was sitting in my house last night drinking tea and looking very smart, he means business he has even bought his quad up with him for the week.

You have been warned :-D

Oh yes he is again well turned out, new hat and everything, he went and left his hat here. I'll get a photo in a bit.

No he has left the falling down juice at home, no drinking and driving he has his quad for up the hill, he found that a bit different to what he is used to :-D

Look at his new bonnet :-D

John, did john, did you feed Tommy at all? My lasting memory of a conversation from last year:

Jim: "Beans on toast Tommy?"

Tommy: "Them foookin beans!"

Haha.

Anyway, I thought a slight variation would be good this year, so I've started stocking up. Sorry Furnie, couldn't get alphabetti spaghetti, hope these will do! :D

That is (was ;) ) indeed a very fetching bonnet you've got there Tommy!

We'll be sure to plump up the sphagnum moss under the high seat this year, get it nice and comfy, oh and don't forget to stress test your sling studs! :D

Alex

He is in for a feed tomorrow, no ****in beans though:-D.

I will show him this, I'm sure he will be heartened by the concern you have all shown

John

*****************Breaking news******************

Deer found dead in Sutherland, a sika has been found strapped to a quad in Sutherland today, the owner of the quad a certain Tommy "tater" 270, has claimed responsibility, personally having seen the deceased I favour suicide :D, and just to finish the day in style, he has been reunited with his hat.
