Serching for "sent" PM's ?

Used to be able to do this, but can't find the sent folder for the life of me ?

just go to your inbox,click on show all,then click on whatever thread or message shows on left of screen and then pick whatever bit of the conversation you want. not the same but hey oh.

Excuse my ignorance, however I am new member. I keep seeing "send by PM", which I presume stands for "Private Message"
If you want to send a PM how do you go about this?
