Very sad to hear Day. Since I started this I've heard more and more stories from people who have suffered or been left without a loved one/s because of this horrendous disease. Thank you for your support it really is appreciated.

Training is going well. Averaging around 10 hours a week now through the winter so hoping to get some stalking in!!! Will step up to 15-20 hours a week from February. Really appreciate the support and comments so far. Thanks Steve

Well thanks to many of you in the site I have smashed the Half way point of my target in not much over 5-6 weeks!!!! Totally blown away. With gift aid I have raised over £1200 so far

Thanks once again Martin for your generosity, I can see how much this means to you. Training is going well, averaging around 10 hours a week over the winter which will step up from February. Nice hilly 76 mile ride in the heavy wind yesterday, very tough but good training...

Hi Steve yes this does mean a bit to me two friends have passed away in the last year to this! so I don't mind putting in a couple of quid now and then. I have supported a few SD members in there charity work over the years, I have a few things that are surplus to use and I think I will sell them on and donate the money to your fundraising.
Hey ho it's nearly Christmas tis the time of giving.
