Ironman UK race - Job done


Thank you all for your generous support. This site has been superb in helping me achieve £3000 in donations for cancer research. The race was yesterday and I mange to finish the 2.4 mile lake swim, 112 mile hilly bike ride and 24.2 hilly marathon in 12hours 14 mins. It went to plan but the sun on the run really took it out of me. Now time for some beer and reflection....Special thanks to Foxinmad and Wayne Davies for the massive support on here.
