Can anyone tell me if the reticle on a swaro 8x56 is finer than the Schmidt 8x56,find the Schmidt ret a tad to thick.

Don’t know about the 8x56 the 6x42 is definitely finer

What I should have said the Swarovski 6x42 4A has a finer reticle then my last Schmidt 6x42 A7

If it's a non-illuminated 8X56 a thick/heavy crosshair is mandatory to take advantage of the scope's so-called light gathering rating. But I'm sure you know that.
