Swarovski Z6i left/right zeroing issue

Anyone had a similar problem? I was reattaching this scope to a rifle and the Left/right turret appears not working at all.

Hit a group 1/2 MOA, adjusted elevation and to the left for POI.

Two follow up shots, POI moved for elevation but nothing for left. Another follow up to make sure it wasn’t user error, same POI.

Moved left for 150cm / 15 clicks to see if something significant would change, but same POI.

Moved another 120cm / 12 clicks left and same situation.

I’ve had no issues with this scope in the past I’d like to add.

Tried dialing right? Maybe you've run out of windage, or the reticule is stuck.

I didn’t actually, what’s the solution if you’ve ran out of windage. Dial back to a middle point and remount scope?

Yes

If you’ve run out of windage adjustment it is almost certainly a mounting problem

I am not trying to make you out as a novice, but it happened to a friend once that I considered also not a novice. How far from your “turret area” is your rings, and how tight are the rings.
My friend had the same problem, took the scope of to send to Swarovski and hand it to me while looking for the box. I looked through it turned the dial and it seems to move. He held the rifle with just the bottom half of the rings, I held the scope in position and his las turned the dials and it worked perfect. As he tightened the rings the movement stopped although the dial kept turning. At this point we found that the rings were already far tighter than recommended. Loosened it started fresh with the correct torque setting and vwala al good.
