I'm trying to save some time (never a good thing with reloading!) but I've a T3x lite being delivered to an RFD where I'd like to zero, shoot it in and ideally run a quick velocity test on some reloads. The RFD has a range and chrono but is an hour away so I don't want to have to drive down, pick up rifle, drive home, measure chamber and drive back just to shoot 10 shots over a chrono (other option is to borrow a chrono locally - so I might start another thread on that
).
So my question is, does anyone have a T3x lite in 308 and has a chamber measurement please? I appreciate they will vary slightly and I'll double check once I get my hands on mine and before shooting any reloads but it would make a good starting point.
For the avoidance of doubt, I'm talking CAOL; from bolt face to lands so I can then load at 50thou back from that measurement (Barnes bullets).
