Like anything that involves strain/pressure its about knowing when to stop.A good tip for stuff like securing high seats etc , but ...hauling on a 4:1 ratio between the sides of a pickup ... How long before you bend something expensive ?

If anyone has used a lamp that attaches to their scope, you've most likely found the spill catches the moderator and glares in your scope, ending with you not being able to see what the lamp is illuminating.
....I use a 67mm lamp and nipped into B&Q and picked up a 68mm downpipe (guttering) straight connector. A quick wrap of tape on the lamp and push it on. Now the spill is caught and no more glare off your moderator.
Looks like a R 380 gearbox.Either replace or wrap with PTFE tape. Saves a panic that is the fear a gearbox seal or gasket has blown:

All I know is I now have a 16-year old Landrover with NO leaks from either the primary or transfer box.Looks like a R 380 gearbox.
Land Rovers have oil leaks so that owners can tell when the oil needs topping up - if it's not leaking there's no oil in it any more so needs topping up!All I know is I now have a 16-year old Landrover with NO leaks from either the primary or transfer box.
Must be a first!

Peter Hammerich of the German benchrest club used an unused sewer in Munich as a range. He gave me a 6mm PPC round as a keepsake back in the 80s, I still have it.Agreed but I struggle with the underground range as too close to Green Park Tube.
