Rushed turning it out but it didn't impact the taste. That's a large field mushroom in the middle and not a chunk of venison!

Beautiful! I was considering doing a pudding, but we didn't have enough suet. Next time, for sure! That looks great

Shared a hot from the oven Roe trimmings pie from a batch made yesterday, neighbours little ones have tried Venison from us twice now, complete converts, parents too.
I've no words!

Sirloin steak , baby potatoes , garlic mushrooms, pepper sauce and a glass of Merlot
