well sad!y Emma passed away this morning looks like the tough cookie held on till Shane had visited her .
I'm sure youve all had to deal with these situations and I like so many of you have said I feel for my kid brother and his family .
don't think I should let this moment pass without saying hold on to your family and friends and again seize the moment in this case life was all too short .

I have just read the whole thread and your last post. I am so glad that Shane managed to visit Emma and the photos show ahe had a wonderful time. I am really sorry to hear that Emma passed away yesterday and would like to offer my condolances to you and all the family. Regards SBM
