As you can see the above is a screen shot of the government's page regarding who we trade with and yes the EU is a large proportion of this but as you asked who else we do trade with it seems a considerable amount of people according to gov figures.
I'm sure I could with a little more of my time wasted in order to appease you and one or two others find the actual names of the country's but as I say it would be a waste of my time as for you ''and you are quite entitled to your stance'' the country is about to see the end of civilization.

Armageddon /ˌɑːməˈɡɛd(ə)n/Submit noun (in the New Testament) the last battle between good and evil before the Day of Judgement. the place where the Armageddon will be fought. a dramatic and catastrophic conflict, especially one seen as likely to destroy the world or the human race.

im sorry but if you think that is correct then your deeply mistaken.
At present the uk has all sorts of WTO trading agreements in place with WTO members but these are all only through it’s membership of the EU.
Every country that the UK has attempted to organise trading agreements with ( like the USA) has without hesitation rejected or offers.
The few countries that don’t already have trading agreements in place with the EU are not interested in our offers as they are either in the process of organising trading terms with the EU or are already in trade groups that have no benefit in trading with the UK.
For example, Japan, they have just organised a very good trading agreement with the EU a couple of weeks ago.
Someone will do a deal with the UK eventually but on the worst possible of terms because we will be even more desperate then than we are now.
I noticed Putin was backing the leavers of the UK just yesterday in the news, claiming that a people’s Vote would be a great betrayal of UK Democracy and that we should exit the EU Hard and fast.
I wonder why he cares so much for the UK leaving the EU ?

Kindest regards, Olaf

I know!
I’ve solved it. Why don’t we just leave the EU and get straight out ASAP. Then, let’s pull out of NATO , that’s going to save us all sorts of binding commitments. Then we will be really free !
Great, we can then just watch in amazement as we get completely overwhelmed by other countries wanting to play with us .

Kindest regards, Olaf

The leavers want to leave and the remain want to remain, let’s leave it at that!

I’m so bored of it all now, I’m very lucky that I work in an industry that if the pound drops through the floor and we get naff all trade deals, let’s face it what to we have to offer, there is no real industry or manufacturing left here in the uk, most big companies are owned by multinational organisations.

We export most of our crops and import practically everything else, with no trade deals where’s it all going to go and where is it going to come from?

Have we any trade deals in place yet?

I’ve not heard of any on the news!

If country goes into ressession when we leave it won’t affect me too much thank god but I feel very sorry for the ones it will affect.

Happy Christmas to you all!

Lee

I love it, we are doomed I tell you Olaf. But I have this feeling that as old as I am, I will outlive you whiners if push comes to shove. The reason being that in my early days we were not cosseted like people today and food cost well in excess of anything else with little disposable income or materialism. When you are starving and have no ammo left I will still be well fed. Why? because I can exist on stuff that would make you wretch. Have a lovely Christmas, looking at it from your angle it might be your last.;)

I don't think we are allowed to negotiate trade deals until we exit the EU.
As for Armageddon, I think Eurogeddon will come first.
No, we can negotiate, we just can’t start trading without having left the EU, indeed we have been doing much negotiating with all sorts of countries and have submitted our trading terms to the WTO . Only problem is, our submission to the WTO was universally rejected by over 20 of its members (the USA was one of the first of them to oppose it) and, just to explain, only one of the 160 odd WTO members need oppose another members proposed trading terms or a trade agreement and it’s instantly blocked. Sounds familiar doesn’t it ? The WTO has all sorts of regulations and rules that must be followed and adhered to, much the same as the EU does. Its just a fact of life. It’s to create a fair and stable trading platform to prevent problems in the world markets and disputes between countries.
Of the WTO members there are none that have no trading aggreements with other members, loosely put, there are countries that have multiple trading partnerships with other countries and they look after oneanothers interests. The Eu is one such example and it’s extremely successful owing to its 28 members influence ( the UK presently being one of those 28 members)
What the UK is hoping to do it to now stand there on its own and try to form its own group ( absolutely laughable if it wasn’t so bad that o just cringe when thinking of it)
The UK is about to get so badly spanked that it makes my and many millions of people’s eyes water.
If the UK had been able to achieve multiple trading agreements with lots of WTO members and the EU is one very big one too, I’d be completely happy with the leave propositions , but the fact is that what many leave voters thought the UK could actually get has not happened and never will, never. It’s a real shame for the whole country, leavers and remainders. It’s just a fact of reality unfortunately.
The EU is primarily about trade, it’s the largest economy in the world, it’s a massive market place and has even more WTO agreements in place than anyone can dream of. We are currently one of the EU 28 and we , the UK , have great influence and power within the EU and within the WTO as members of the EU. The UK has at present have very impressive trading abilities within the EU regulations that make us a very lucky country.
Come April the first, if we drop out of the EU , we will become a very lonely little fawn in the middle of a big forrest full of hungry wolves.
This is sadly just a fact, it’s not an assumption or a prediction, it’s a reality of Leaving the EU.
I respect both sides of the referendum voters of 2016, the fact is that very very few who voted to leave or voted to remain knew how little we could end up with as a country trying to trade on WTO terms and no trading agreements .
Anyway, I wish us all a good Christmas and a happy and United new year .
Kindest regards, Olaf

No, I’m not worried about myself, I just feel sorry for the country of Great Britain that I love. I want to see our country prosper and become ever more influential and successful in a decent way.
If things get unpleasant in the UK I can always move to Germany as I have duel nationality.
Mr Farage also holds a German passport too funnily enough.

Kindest regards, Olaf

WOW I mean seriously WOW

Tin foil hats required for this idiots supporters

Iam flattered having left school at 16 with a GCSE in mettle work I am considered the Social Eleat? :) Apparently along with the WHOLE of Scotland and Ireland where apparently theres an abundance of thease "Social Eleat"

Wouldn't it have been more productive to outline the benefits of leaving rather than vent at the people who called him an idiot?

We export most of our crops and import practically everything else

I'm pretty certain we don't rely on trade deals courtesy of the EU to keep ourselves in bread. I'm also fairly sure that the UK will manage to scrape up a few mates that want to buy our stuff. Those countries importing to the UK aren't just going to let one of their most lucrative trade deals fall by the the wayside, and we're not going to become global pariahs overnight just because we refuse to remain part of an organisation that exists surely to exploit its member states. I'm not prophesising overnight triumph, but nor am I prophesising the complete and utter catastrophic that collapse that some folk seen to be so worried about

Its not marching forward peacefully anywhere around the globe, and to think that speaches made in the past has any relevance too to-days chaos around the world or individual countries from every corner of the globe is i,m afraid imho wrong, thats why people voted out they want to close the drawbridge and try and claw back some independance. churchill or others hadn,t planned for mass immigrations through war and famine and could not have seen all the mayhem around today.

It was in respect of people claiming our war hero's would support leaving Europe, so I believe its relevant as I see that as being far from the truth

Shortly before his death in 1965 Churchill wrote:

‘The future of Europe if Britain were to be excluded is black indeed.’

When asked about Churchill's status as a founding Father of European Union, Edward Heath said:

‘Churchill would be the first to realise that in the world today, where an isolated Britain would be dwarfed by five great powers, the United States, Russia, China, Japan and the European Union, Britain’s full participation in the European Union is vital, both for Britain and the rest of the world.’

Do you feel our subservience to Russia, USA and China outside the protection of the EU is not a current issue?

What a crock of crap, yet another remoaner who doesn't like being on the losing side.

We fought to world wars, for freedom.
Freedom is what the eu doesn't give us.

Neil.

Haw can a confirmable fact be a crock?

We have freedom thanks to the EU and as shown above our venerated leaders of the war era saw our future freedom as being inexorably linked to the EU
