Hi friends. I want to share one recipe that I use for wild game barbecue.
Yesterday my friend shot wild boar 100 kg and he invited 6 hunters friend to help him and have litlle party. When I come he was already take out rib eye steak ( I thing that is eng. translation) and rear leg and sliced up for about half centimeter. I start wood fire and preparing the meat.

RECEPIE
wild pig steaks (about half kg for one person)
Podravka vegeta
salt
pepper
mustard

1. in one cup I put salt, papper and Podravka vegeta ( I don't know if you have something like that in UK but if you dont no matter))
2. take steaks and put that mix on both side
3. take the meat hammer and kick out the hell from it
4. than I take mustard and rubbed all over the steaks and put in one contaneir.
5. leave it for half hour and than on barbecue. ( the best is to stay like that over night.)

That is all, simply but very delicious. Share with us any comment.
Have a good meal.
Thanks

That sounds tasty😋😋We can get podravka vegeta in the UK from Amazon. For those interested podravka vegeta is a blend of salt spices and vegetables. It works well on venison

Ordered the Podravka vegeta. I'll try that recipe on wild boar and some moose meat. I put moose steaks in a vacuum packing bag and beat it with a rolling pin then fry it. I'll be trying that with wild boar in the next week as well.

I vacuum pack all my game meat but when I'm beating the meat ( Settle down all you with dirty minds) I use a open Vacuum bag. The vacuum bags are made of thicker plastic so after use i wash it out for reuse. Beating it in a bag stops bits of meat and meat juice flying everywhere.

Lucky I read all of the previous posts.
