Dyfed-Powys Police are not and are using Coronavirus as the reason.

North Wales are. Mouse put in for 243 about a month ago, and had an FEO visit last week to discuss conditions. (Open approved for the new calibre too, after a brief chat ). Just awaiting cert now.
Was a good opportunity to meet new FEO for the area - very nice chap who shoots. He even came up the field with me to see the deer!

Lincolnshire are, one week turn around, excellent communication and service. Used their online portal which worked very well.

Cumbria are, I've had one in for just over three weeks, I enquired about turnaround and apparently 4 to 5 weeks is the current sitrep.

Police Scotland HQ , you could vary a licence on the spot in office , now it's a week turnaround.

Warwickshire are doing variations, renewals and grants now I think, their online application/renewal portal is excellent and easy to use too, you can even now pay by debit card online.

Thames valley, vari turned around within a week.

Surrey /Sussex said the same, I got mine back in a week.

Surrey/Sussex are doing variations but none too quickly.
