I don't know whether google would delete parts of a file that were being shared, but I doubt it as they would more likely delete or prevent the whole file from being shared. This is because there are thousands of people's names etc in the file so they aren't going to go through it and delete that line, it just isn't practical. I expect they deal with these kind of requests based on priority, the more people complain about a particular file, the more likely they are to deal with it quickly as it has a higher priority if more people complain about it. My logic was that these requests will be quicker wins for Google if they can deal with multiple complaints by blocking a single file.
I checked the password encryption in the file and thankfully guntrader have at least used a fairly decent encryption algorithm which means around 3 days per password for a dedicated, technically skilled person with the right hardware to run the decrypter on. There are 111322 passwords in that file. That at least reduces the chances of each of our passwords being decrypted soon, so if you change the one you were using for guntrader, and anywhere else you were using that password, then you are likely to safeguard yourself against anyone decrypting it and using it to gain access to any other accounts you might have.
We can't undo our data being put out in the public domain but we can mitigate the effects of it.
