Conversation just now, Non repairable, & waiting on new stock to replace the unit, if much longer than a week a possible loan of some sort.
I am still waiting sent it on the 12th. i was told it should be back by the 5th just catch the end of the rut.Looking to sending my thermal back to Thomas jack's for service/repair, anyone had any problems with turn around time?

I’m still awaiting a response from TJ regarding the faulty parts and what’s been done to rectify the issues in the new mergers as mine were only 7months old before going pop, not really £5800 worth of reliability is it.
No contact since being informed of a wait for a new replacement.So after a month or so and being told my mergers were non repairable and I’m to wait for a new set sometime in the future (no timescales) no loan unit offered either. Then … today I have received a call to say pulsar have issued spare parts and my mergers are apparently fixed. My concerns are what parts have been used and are they the same part that has an issue as it’s well known to pulsar the shutters are failing. What’s the point in using the same parts knowing it will only fail again. I have asked for a full detailed repair description and detailed description of the parts changed before I accept the binoculars back. Finnbear270 have you been awarded the same as you were in front of me in the repair cue ?
