Three weeks!!!!!!!!, should have been by return of post.I had to return my unit after 2 days! As it was brand new, they said they would make it a priority. After 2 weeks, they still hadn't diagnosed it. I created a stink as it was a busy time of year for me. After 3 weeks, they then sent me a new unit.
That was the answer I was looking for but they took their time on the matter.
Yes, I too was surprised at how slow they were to issue a new unit. It was coming up to the Christmas holidays too, when everyone goes on holiday, so if I hadn't complained, it could of dragged on another 2/3 weeks!Three weeks!!!!!!!!, should have been by return of post.
