Dealing with "Scope Clash" in a tight cabinet

@wytonpjs
Old thread I know but I've just been going though something similar and after trying the same magnetic hook hanging trick (hadn't seen this post) I opted to go the QD mount route so I can remove the sight before storage and so far have had excellent return to zero with rings and one piece mounts.

But the big question - how did the cabinet inside furniture work out and did you find a space for it or move?

I was literally just looking at this yesterday but just cant justify the (even reduced) price

Neoprene sleeves on scopes? Other than that just place them in gently, I have I think a 7 gun deep cabinet and there’s 5 rifles and 3 shotguns, and it’s just about ok-FLO was happy.

Sorry, only just found! I "grew a little more ballsy" and brought the 7+ into use in my rearranged study exclusively for my CF rifles, my .22 auto and a LBP. So I now have 4 cabinets in use around the house :rolleyes: The larger 10 is still sat in the garage in bits awaiting refurb but the need to get the quad back in there is going to force action in these coming weeks. I love the ad you posted but WAY outside my reach unless tonight's lottery ticket comes up and if it does though, the new house will have a gun room!

It’s one reason why I still quite like simple 42mm scopes with just two turrets without dials, illumination etc. and stocks that are slim and elegant and made of high tech long lasting carbon chain material.
