That's great and now that we know you are a passionate NGO member perhaps you might spend more time posting NGO updates on various key issues and perhaps less time BASC bashing. It is surely enough decades gone by now to now move on from whatever axes you had to grind with BASC back in the day.

Can I ask Connor what part don't you get back in the day BASC was very good now BASC is crap that's why we are no longer members.
Back in the day BASC defended lead now they want to get rid of lead NO AXE TO GRIND just very disappointed in the way BASC has turned out Basc is not the voice of shooting if anything they are killing shooting off.

When I was a member of BASC for many years Conor was always there so I stayed for a few more years.
Why because he cared he is only one person in any chain.

If we had more like him shooting would have a chance to survive we all need orgs to voice our thoughts.

Whatever your views on BASC as an organisation, @Conor O'Gorman himself is to be applauded for his engagement with the membership of this site, which is not something I'm seeing from representatives of any other shooting organisation.

I have had long and detailed conversations with Conor and he is an extremely intelligent man and well qualified to discuss the subject ... and to say he is just paying lip service to corporate BASC views just shows how little you know.

Nothing would compensate him for the perpetual aggravation and provocation leveled at him on this site and actually am surprised how he puts up with it frankly.

How about you give the BASC bashing a rest as frankly you distract and destroy so many useful threads.

if you are a member of BASC no doubt he Will talk to you all you want, again that’s what he’s paid to do.

Like I said paid lip service, you pay a BASC membership, therefore he is paid to entertain you and talk about what ever you want to talk about.

It’s not abuse it’s stalkers who have the hump about sailing up a deep river with the plug being taken out of the boat and they want their questions and grievances answered.

As he is the BASC representative the buck stops with him, like I said that’s what he’s paid to do, if he’s not being paid then I would advise not to bother
