a load of IP blocks hosted throughout the world yesterday that are owned by Shenzhen Tencent. They run an AI site, amongst other things, and they don't make it obvious they are bots that scrape our site so they appear as 'guests'. Hopefully this should slow them down a bit!

I have had a close-ish look at the IP's on December 28th and they are a mishmash of IP's with no xyz.xyx.0.0, no ASNxxxx that I could see a regular number turning up, which is annoying. It is either a DDoS attack, an AI stealth visitation or the Chinese/A.N.Other doing all of the above, plus more. We might have to get our server hosts involved.
That's a decent number of requests logged!I should add, the December logs were 20GB long...![]()
