Very disappointed with the service from my gunshop

Sold 4000 plus guns in the last 10 yrs, lucky if 10 customers came back this year and said merry Christmas, they usually just moan about the cost of ammo and guns, see fishing people on a weekly/ daily basis, nearly every one said merry Christmas happy new year . When was the last time you visited the shop even to say hello ?

I've used Brad St for about 40 years and get on well with them. I suppose once your transaction was completed thats it.

I've bought used Rifle, cartridges, reloading consumables from them for the last few years and they have always been friendly and helpful, spent more time talking to them than actually spending money I'm some cases
