Possibly because when the 6.5c-m ban was instigated many laughed online and said they should have got one of the other 6.5mm chamberings.
Within a couple of weeks all 6.5s were included.

More like the other 6.5 users couldn't keep quiet and drew attention to themselves.
The c-m users didn't say a word, and the initial ban was MoD lead.

That shouldn't have raised any eyebrows. RAF have been using Landmarc ranges for years.
