Any clean roebucks seen yet?

Pretty sure I finally spotted one out of velvet and Its a bloody goodin over 600 yards away and my first reaction was "That's a bloody big buck" our ground Is seemingly productive when 180* wind changes happen so will check tomorrow.

Unrelated but in season with roe bucks, deceptively bigger than It appears.

The one I seen last week Is still in velvet I've been close too it a handful of times since then and was able too verify, however I stumbled across this old chap.
Not really any sloping in the coronet but I cant see him being middle aged either with a head like that.

Seen one last week out of velvet for sure but nothing special just a young buck that shed early, Kind of an awful place too get onto and the farmers lambing up there anyways, so safe for now.

Bit of a Murder buck I bet his two little stubby brow tines would be broken off time rut rolls around, big heavy lad too I bet nearing 35lbs.

That's quite a nice buck, you have a handful of roe there but not enough too sustain shooting them right?

Yes Sol. The only to young to survive predation from their arrival here in 21 are two bucks 🤦. So currently I have three bucks and one doe.
I hope I'm very wrong though!
Best wishes.

Saw and stalked one yesterday but despite perfect wind strength & direction it always felt a borderline safe backstop whenever he 'presented' so I let him wander across the estate driveway to live another day.
