Thanks again to every one.
We have let the kennel club know and all the lost and found sites we can, It is all over face book and shooting estates up and down the country know about it now. Soon she will be to hot to handle.
My girlfriend has been down at Blenheim searching for the past 2 days with no luck. Lilah should be in the shooting times next week. Please please keep passing this story on, we need as many people as possible to know about her disappearance. It only takes one person to know something, or someone who has recently acquired a one year old black lab after last weekend. She is on Twitter too. www.twitter.com/Delilah_baker
Still hoping to hear some good news about Lilah. Keep this thread at the top of the page! It'll get more views and hopefully reach someone with info.
Regards, Pete.
Every time this thread pops up again, I keep clicking on in the hope of hearing good news...
There was a well publicised theft of a cocker spaniel last year that was found and returned to the owner after many months. It is important not to give up hope of the dogs recovery.
I hope she was chipped... i lost one of my Chessies in a well-UNmanaged FC wood in Glendevon for 4h and i was un consollable.. my thoughts are with you.
I've forwarded it to a friend and it will be all over a number of labrador rescue and other dog related sites by this evening. Should also have a mailing going out to a couple of gundog clubs...
Thanks, if anyone is going to any game fairs, gundog events over the next few weeks can they please take a copy of Lilah's poster with them and put it up? I need to keep the publicity up. http://www.doglost.co.uk/poster.php?dogId=31316
Well just to keep you all up to date, There is still no sign of lilla
They had a close call the other day one of the dog lost sites had a black lab turn up but unfortunately it was'nt her. It does look like she has been stolen. please keep your eye's out and if any one hears of some one who has a black lab of about 18 month turn up please let us know cheers again
still no news but she was in the shooting times on thursday on the 2nd page, so that is good publicity. All we can do now is wait and see. thanks again to everyone for helping us.
I'm very sad to hear about this. Wish the best for safe return. Do keep any of her hair with folicles, they can of course help ID her through DNA downstream if it ever gets to that.
