Not really, although I have to recommend BDS out of a sense of family loyalty!Assuming there is no difference between the DSC1 from BDS or BASC - is there any benefit of choosing one over the other ?
BDS also has a stalking scheme, at Wild Ken Hill in Norfolk.Worth noting that BASC membership, and DSC1 gives access to their stalking schemes, which is handy for the vital first few outings.
I’ve been a member for years and never knew thatBDS also has a stalking scheme, at Wild Ken Hill in Norfolk.
Nice but BASC have schemes in Hampshire, Lancashire, Newmarket, and Bowland (NI), with the possibility of Arran coming back too.BDS also has a stalking scheme, at Wild Ken Hill in Norfolk.
or the NGO.I did the BASC course last week as it was at a convenient location. It was excellent. However, I can’t imagine that there is anything between the BDS and BASC courses, as the qualification is the same.
