Hello Ladies and Gentlemen.

I'm delighted to have found this informative site, having been told about it by Mr. Beowulf, whom I met at the range yesterday.

I have shot with shotguns and airguns for over 25 years (since a little chap, in fact), but have only held FAC for a little more than three years, during which time I've been hind-stalking several times with a pal from the pheasant syndicate in which I have a gun.

It's likely that I won't say much on here, but from the quick look I've just taken at the forums I expect to glean some useful info.

Let me add my tuppenceworth by way of welcome.
This site is def the best despite having some members who apparently go out stalking in the highlands in pink drag (that was what you meant on that other thread wasn't it Beowulf?).
The said B was very tolerant of me at the start and I've enjoyed many a lively and informative exchange of views since.
Is the CLA thing on for real by the way? I'd be up for a weekend meeting up with you lot for sure.

Yes I think it will be a 'go'er' Its just a matter of waiting for the offical CLA website to kick in and then 'Bob's your bearded aunt'!
Its going to be good and hopefully something that we can do every year.
