I called RCBS to ask how I could order a de-capping rod for my universal de-capping die. The gent on the phone told me I couldn't order it because he was going to send me one for free! Now that's service.
No, US.Are you in the UK?

Ah, i see you are in the US. I doubt we would get similar service over here.
Carl,They provide great service direct to the UK too. They made me a bespoke seating plug to suit a Barnes TSX in .375 H&H as the standard one was grabbing the bullet and pulling it out again. Just sent them a few sample bullets and they made me a plug. Charged me a nominal amount to cover postage, etc., if I remember correctly.
Fantastic company. But then Lee are too.
Kind regards,
Carl
Hey @A Guy Out West ,Carl,
Just wondering if you have had any bullet failures with the .375 TSX? I use them in .277 and .308, with fantastic results. Guessing your using them on Buf?
Thanks

I have used them on mule deer, pronghorn antelope, and elk. They work as advertised, I have yet to recover a bullet but the wounds indicate good bullet expansion. Looking forward to your lion report.Hey @A Guy Out West ,
I haven't seen any fail yet on the big stuff. They are a brilliant bullet. They remove the need to keep both softs and solids around your belt: one bullet does it all.
To be honest, I am more concerned about 'pencilling' on soft-skinned game. Most antelope seem fine but I have yet to shoot a cat with one (which are very soft-skinned) so will be interested to see if they smack them hard or just drill right through them. I don't want to reduce bullet weight to ensure they open up (some people drop down from 300-grain to 270-grain). Will let you know if and when they meet Leo.
How about you? How are you finding them with deer and/or pigs?
Kind regards,
Carl
