STREET DEALING IS NOT THE PROBLEM, TOSSERS BUYING THE SHIITE ARE IMO.

strange take on things, the buyers of this filth are really more victims , the dealers ( often of crazy ages , carry knives as they are cheap and disposable ) Why? because other gangs target them for "product " and the cash ! often the street dealers are just kids , even under 10 year olds ! Recently a street dealer under 10 years old was attacked by a gang with knives
I see the addict more as a victim personally, and the kids involved are the product and misfortunate enough to be born into the wrong family / neighbourhood .

Knife culture has been imported , never used to be a problem.

The real issue is the street dealing of drugs . The Kids cannot fend off rival gangs or others who might tax them , so they carry !
The solution is of course for very much more action on this core issue of street gangs and dealing . Only weeks ago a child under 10 years old was killed while dealing by rivals !
If we cannot stop drugs that come from the over half of the world , how can the the over 18 law and seriously restricted posting ever actually work ? These people have hundreds of tonnes of Drugs coming into on a regular basis. Remember those Lucky traffic cops who took that large bust of Coke - Because there Long wheel base van was down on its bump stops it was so overloaded with coke !
