The Rural Affairs and Islands Committee has published its report on the Natural Environment (Scotland) Bill. BASC says the Bill risks undermining self-regulation in deer management.

Perhaps if the Scottish Government/ SNH actually put some behind doing proper research into deer ecology, movement, migration etc etc and were then making decisions based on good science, instead of just treating deer like vermin, then they might be taken seriously.
