pard problems

I have 4 pard ds 35 70lrf scopes I have updated the firmware to one of the scopes no problem the other three wont update I know I'm doing it correctly as its updated one scope any one else having problems with this issue or just me ??? ive contacted pard direct but haven't had any reply as yet its been 3 days now can any one help in this matter ????

Are they all the same generation scopes (Gen1 or Gen2)?. What version of firmware are you trying to upgrade to and from what? It seems very odd that one scope has upgraded perfectly but the others won't. I presume you're just coping the new firmware to a clean formatted card.
