ppu bullets

How do you guys find PPU bullets as a reloading component? I'm looking at the 50grain soft point as a foxing and corvid bullet, im sure it'll kill just find i just wondered about the quality of the bullets as a reloading component. Ive always found the ppu loaded ammo to shoot really well, but its increasingly hard to find around here.

I use 55 sp for my 223 loads. Had to put another 100 FPS on the initial loading because they weren't expanding to my liking.
Loads that I'm using now are very nasty on fox but only egg cup exit holes on cwd and muntjac that are bodyshot.
I must add that I load for accuracy not velocity so you might not have any problems. At the price they are,I really can't fault them.

Taken from a Roe I shot with the 222 using 50grn ppu

i used the 50Gr ppu on foxs in 222 and had a couple of runners that i never caught up with so i stopped using them.
It may have been shot placement but cant say either way as they both sounded solid hits

I find them a bit hard but good on roe as well as fox that was with factory loads in 22-250 i use sierra 50gr soft points in reloads
