So no stone work. That's why it didn't improve. Mine were perfectly safe to the bump test conducted by an also well known gun smith now departed.No
He spent an hour adjusting the trigger to be safe in operation with the brief to lighten the trigger as far as safe to do so
The trigger in question failed drop test at 2.5 lbs so was ajusted to a safe 3.5 lb with proper sear engagement , overtravel.
By all means ajust the trigger more - maybe Jh83 will send it you to do so - but you take responsibility for the concequences of failure shoukd that occur
If the customer only asked for adjustments then that's what he got. If he went to a smith and asked for the trigger to be worked on with a goal then he didn't get what he wanted.
