Rifle range for hire

Morning all,

Does anyone know of a full bore rifle range within an hour or two of Hampshire (or in Hampshire) that hires by the hour to let non members come and shoot their rifles. I don’t currently have any permission which allows for zeroing of rifles or practice so would ideally like to find somewhere that every couple months or so I could do some load development and practice.

A bit further away, but Barry Shooting Centre has a 200metre range in a railway tunnel open 3 days per week and is authorised for HME rifles.

Only allowing members to shoot now. Their email said it was too much work with allowing non members to shoot

This was advertised a while back. The link doesn’t seem to work now, so they may have stopped for the winter. Could be worth contacting them?

FAC holders can book the range on an hourly or sessional basis.

Considered it Pre-Covid but my local club were murder to deal with never getting back to me so feel for the amount of time I’d be going hiring a range here and there is less effort!

To be fair to clubs, new members are a double edged sword
Some want to just get a FAC so good members are hard to find

Christchurch club would, under normal circumstances, allow FAC holding non members, to book in as guests, a few times a year.
Have a look at their website and possibly contact the secretary.

Though only 50mtrs at the moment.
