I love your 8x60 double rifle! .318 bore or .323?
What kind of loads do you shoot in that 8x60? What sort of pressures do you try to stay under?

I am loading for a vintage Mauser Type B in 8x60S, and finding it really doesn't group well until I start stoking it up to full 8x57IS loads. I will have to post a photo of mine here later today.

As it came to me in January this year, no-name scope, bipod and muzzle threaded


As it is now, the stock extended by my father-in-law, and a somewhat better quality scope!


The but was extended with a 2" piece of maple, glued and pinned with rosewood dowels. Not only does it now fit me properly, it is a really nice piece of carpentry!
