McMillan .270 Win. Hand built by the man himself in the early to mid eighties, before the name of the company was sold. Came to me having fired a documented less than 200 rounds in nearly 30 years. Hand made McMillan action, barrel and stock. Barrel is 1:10 twist shooting 130 - 150 grain bullets. Still working on loads but currently running Hornady Interlock 150gn round nose over 51 grains of N160 and CCI BR2 primer @ 2670 fps for woodland work. Switch to 140gn BTSP over 58 grains of N165 and a CCI BR2 for more general work. No idea how fast they are.... about warp 6 I think! Topped off with a Zeiss Duralyt 3 - 12 x 50 in third eye tactical mounts. Moderator is a Hardy Gen III. Shoots clover leaves if I try.

1947 Husqvarna 640 8 x 57 JS, Good old classic rifle built on an Mauser 98' pattern action by FN and supplied to Husqvarna. Now residing in a Parker Hale stock and fitted with a Timney trigger with side safe and new tail piece on the bolt without the flag safety all kindly donated by a good friend (except the trigger that I had to pay for!) Shoots Hornady 170 grain round nose interlocks into an inch. They are running on 51 grains of N150, should be doing around 2600 fps. Yet to chronograph it. Topped off with an S&B 6 x 42.
Looks cracking garry what caliber love the kmw sentinel stock
