Sauer prices

Had a Sauer 202 .270 for 20 years a nice rifle, but recently changed it for a 30-06 Shultz in 30-06 from Steve Beaty as I never realy got on with the safety on the Sauer, the Shultz is a much better rifle all round in my opinion, and not just the calibre.

Interesting as Chatting with Steve he was telling me one rifle he consistently keeps in his cabinet is a Sauer 202. The safety on the 202 does seem a marmite thing though!

It was marmite for me, never got used to it in all the time I had it, lost a few deer over it on very cold days, it would not release. took it apart and lubricated it many times, always thought it was me , maybe it was , no problems up to now with the Schultz.
